Lorna (Lonnie) N. Davis

Lorna (Lonnie) N. Davis Resident of Sparks, NV July 19, 1937 - July 14, 2011. Born in San Francisco, Ca. She passed away at home with her family at her side after a brief battle with cancer. She grew up in Pacifica, CA and graduated in 1955 from Jefferson High School in Daly City, CA.ÿ After living in Los Gatos, CA for several years, she moved to Sparks, NV to retire, but never retired. She was a Big Band singer, piano teacher and avid quilter. She loved her daily crossword puzzle and mystery books. She never hesitated to purchase the most up to date technology item. She enjoyed being the grandmother of Tiffany Cates, AJ Gaidos, Janelle Daniel, Madison and Griffin Soule. Her time as a great grandmother was too short. She is preceded in death by her son, Joe Gaidos.ÿ She is survived by her husband, Adrian Davis, daughter and son-in-law, Rebecca Turner and Erik Soule, daughter, Stephani Lewis and her cousin Georgianne Evernden. She asked that her favorite expression be shared with her friends "I had a great time at your party." In lieu of flowers please make donations to the American Cancer Society or charity of your choice. Lorna will be missed by all.
